It has a fairly sweet flavour with a refreshing aftertaste. Mint is a good source of potassium, iron, phosphorus, Vitamins A & C, along with calcium and magnesium.
Baby Spinach (Superfood): An extremely nutrient-rich leafy vegetable. It can be enjoyed raw or cooked and is commonly used in salads, green juices, and smoothies.
