Italian Basil

Mint (Herb): One of the oldest culinary herbs known. Mint is widely used in Indian cuisine in tea, chutneys, raita, garnishes, cooling drinks, green juices, and smoothies. It has a fairly sweet flavour with a refreshing aftertaste. Mint is a good source of potassium, iron, phosphorus, Vitamins A & C, along with calcium and magnesium.
Baby Spinach (Superfood): An extremely nutrient-rich leafy vegetable. It can be enjoyed raw or cooked and is commonly used in salads, green juices, and smoothies. Lollo Rosso
Uses: Best had raw with other leafy greens in salads, used in sandwiches and as wraps.
Taste: Lollo Rosso lettuce is strong, nutty with a slightly bitter taste.
