Return & Refund Policy
We believe in customer satisfaction and ensuring delivery of top quality products. Similarly, we value our customers/ buyers the most. Thus in wake of defective/ damaged/ below quality product Leafable hydroponics shall adhere to the following policy.
Return an unopened item, opened item, damaged item.
In case the product received by you is damaged/ or has quality issues at the time of delivery, you are requested to contact our customer care number and/ or email us at support@leafablehydroponics.com.
a. The complaint regarding damaged product/ quality issues should be raised within 12 hours of delivery to ensure that we can replace the product accordingly.
b. We would be requiring photographs of the damaged/ below quality products received by you to ascertain the authenticity of complaint and accordingly initiate a replacement of the product.
c. In case of multiple products ordered by you, wherein one or more products are found to be damaged/ below quality. Then you are requested to follow similar steps as mentioned above.
d. In case of an exchange for the damaged/ below quality product received, the product should be in unused condition. Partially used products will not be exchanged.
e. Any/ all products purchased via gift cards and any damage occurs in the product then we shall ensure exchange of product or another (free) purchase of similar or lesser amount.
f. Refund in case of non-delivery of product – If the order is prepaid and if due to some reasons our team is unable to deliver the product, then refund will be initiated within the next 6 working days.
g. Waiting for confirmation of refund – You are requested to wait for 7 no. of banking days after the refund is initiated by our team. In case the said amount is not credited back to you from the respective bank/ card/ platform used by you for making payments. In case of COD payment, the amount will be credited to your user account with the website and can be used to purchase our products.
h. Cancellation of orders –
Orders once placed & paid for cannot be cancelled. If you have booked/ purchased a wrong product or added extra quantity than required and paid for the same. You are requested to contact our customer care no. and email us at support@leafablehydroponics.com within 12 hours of order.
As we believe in delivering fresh products and that to in a timely manner, any change in order needs to be updated with our team before we undertake daily dispatches.
