We shall not be liable & responsible for any interpretation or misjudgement by the consumers regarding the same. The consumers are solely responsible for making their decisions while using our website, buying & consuming our products. We are not bound to update the details of our products, websites at any/ all given point of time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. The details shared herein including product photos, videos and associated stuff etc. are secured as the ownerships, brands and/ or intellectual properties by and of Leafable Hydroponics, its owners, investors if any and/ or any other parties from where the material has been officially & legally procured by Leafable Hydroponics. Under no circumstances is Leafable Hydroponics entitled and liable to disclose their ownership, partnership details with any buyer or said party.
Rights to Information : We reserve complete rights to the details uploaded on our website of our brand, products, owners etc. At no given point of time is the user allowed to use them for any other purpose other than viewing, perusing, buying products, making payments, tracking orders and interacting with our customer care in case of grievances. If they are found using these information, products and marketing, selling them without our consent, knowledge etc. Then they shall be served with legal notices and subsequent monetary claims as per the company policies and conditions.
Prices : All the prices mentioned herein are in Indian Rupees unless specified otherwise. The prices are at the sole discretion of Leafable Hydroponics only. All orders are agreed at current pricing in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. Any change/ modification in the same at any given point of time remains under the authority of Leafable Hydroponics. In some products which are listed on the our website, such as fresh vegetables, herbs & fruits, differential amount due to differential weight shall be adjusted in the customer invoice copy on delivery. The buyers/ consumers accept this when they use our website, buy products accordingly. Our products are liable for taxes, as applicable in India.

Rights to limit order placement : We have the rights to limit the order placement for any/ all consumers on our websites based on the sole discretion and understanding of the owners. We at no given point of time are liable to any claim or justification to the consumers for doing so.
Rights to modify the order : We have the rights to modify the orders placed upon us at any/ all given point of time based on sole discretion, understanding and authority. Any/ all differential amount arising out of such modifications shall either be refunded or added to your user account immediately. The ‘Return + Refund Policy’ shall be used herein.
Rights to Refuse the order : We have the rights to refuse, cancel any/ all orders placed upon us at any/ all given point of time without giving any reasons or justifications for the same. The amount paid therein shall be refunded and it shall be done as per the ‘Return + Refund Policy’. The consumers shall not claim or hold us liable in occurrence of such events.
Return & Refund Policy : We have an exclusive return and refund policy for our website, its products and allied purchases. The same is applicable for all the products brought from this website.
Photos & Colours : The images, videos etc. uploaded on our websites are directly clicked and owned by us. We have ensured to upload and display the photos and videos without any alterations or modifications to ensure clarity of product colour, shape, size, conditions etc. for the buyers/ consumers. However, we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for the actual colour, shape, size, conditions etc. which is displayed on your screens [mobiles, laptop, computers etc.]. Any claim raised upon Leafable Hydroponics stating the reason of in-accurate product or differential product owing to the same shall not be acceptable to us.
